About working with Rheumatoid Arthritis:
DARDO GALLETTO is from Cordoba, Argentina, where he began acting a the age of 12. Initially studying dance to supplement his acting, he gradually recognized it as his true passion and began to train intensively. Dardo graduated from a 3-year program at the prestigious school of dance, “Teatro General San Martín” in Buenos Aires, studying ballet, modern jazz, and composition.
He studied at the “Teatro Colón” and coached with leading ballet masters of Argentina including Haichi Acamine, Enrique Lommi, and Olga Ferri. After graduation, Dardo was invited to join the world-renowned “Ballet Argentino”, directed by Julio Bocca, and toured with the company for one year.
In late 2001, Dardo moved to New York City and began performing with a number of U.S. modern and ballet companies. Dardo is currently one of New York’s leading tango dancers and has created a unique method for teaching tango technique, combining elements of different dance disciplines and emphasizing the understanding of energy flow.
Through years of teaching, trust, and sponsorship of world-renowned Sandra Cameron, Dardo became the leading Argentine Tango instructor in NYC. He directed and choreographed numerous Tango and Contemporary Dance sold-out productions in NYC for New Generation Dance Company.
By 2010 Dardo Galletto founded Dardo Galletto Studios. His studio was located in the heart of Times Square. During this time Dardo also became a permanent US resident. He managed to sponsor the first generation of Argentine Tango dancers to arrive in NY.
His work has been seen on Broadway shows, on scenes of the Blacklist series, Symphony Space, 92nd St Y, Tribecca Performing Arts Center, New York Live Arts, New Jersey Ballet, Connecticut Ballet Dance Company, and in Jacob’s Pillow on 2014 and 2015.

In 2016, Dardo met Alonso Guzman and taught him everything about Argentine Tango. Together they produced numerous sold-out productions in New York Live Arts theater.
After 10 years of successful dance business, Covid arrived in the US and Dardo Galletto Studios was forced to close permanently.
Dardo and Alonso decided to move together into Connecticut.
They spent their whole lives savings to purchase an abandoned dairy goat farm that with lots of effort they have transformed into the place they call home.
Together, Dardo and Alonso travel across CT and NY teaching their passion, Argentine Tango.
