Shared Driveway:
The entrance is a shared driveway with very low traffic. Still, we are considerate of our neighbors. Drive slow.
Our Neighbors:
Neighbors are far away and noise is not a problem.
Our House
Our house is blue. It is the very last house on the road. Please drive all the way to the end.
Limited Parking:
We will NOT admit more than 8 cars on our property. Plan ahead. Ask your guests to kindly offer their free seats to others. Organizers should contact me for information on where to park the other cars.
Entering the House:
Other sections of the house are under construction. We advise you to enter through the basement. Basement access is directly in front of the parking area. You will see a spiral staircase when you enter the basement. It will take you up to the dance studio.

Activities Not Allowed:
Any activity that dents, scratches, stains, or marks the floor and the rest of the room. This includes Tap shoes, flamenco shoes, confetti, and sparkles. Painting negotiable.
If using weights, they should not touch, or dent the floor. You can use our mat to place the weights. Consider using resistance bands, or body-weight exercises.
Any morally questionable activities.
*This is a residential property, meaning, that we expect our guests to follow our rules and preserve the harmony of the space.

We are located 1.5 hours from NYC, 1 hour from UCONN, and 40 minutes from Yale University, Hartford, Bridgeport, Ferry to Long Island, and Interstate 95. Just 5 minutes away from Interstate 84 and Route 67 which takes you straight to the coast. Oxford Greens Country Club is 20 mins away, and the Heritage Village, the largest senior community in the entire state of Connecticut, is just 10 minutes away, this includes the Heritage Hotel, Golf, Spa & Conference Center. 3 minutes from Main St where you’ll enjoy fine dining, cinemas, farmer’s markets, retail stores, and so much more.
